Thanks very much for the reply and suggestions, I did find the They have a good track record of supporting the cameras even if they are out of warranty for a little while. All you got to lose is a bad camera and a few dollars postage. Its either yes or no, or tell will tell you a repair charge or an upgrade charge. I would just box it up write a note telling them what it is doing as ask if it can be repaired as a warranty item. If not, its worth a shot sending it in to Moultrie. There are several post on here that tell you exactly how to reset this camera. When you take the battery tray out there should be a little button on the inside wall where the batteries go in.
